By accessing and using the SpendLoom web application ("the App"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by these terms, please do not use this App.

2. Description of Service

SpendLoom is a personal finance tracking tool designed to help users log income, expenses, budgets, and analyze spending habits. The App operates as a Progressive Web App (PWA) and utilizes Google Firebase for cloud synchronization.

3. User Responsibilities

Account Security: You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials (Google Account or Email/Password) and are fully responsible for all activities that occur under your account.
Data Accuracy: SpendLoom provides calculations and analytics based entirely on the numbers you input. We are not responsible for financial decisions made based on the App's data.
Intended Use: The App is intended for personal financial tracking and should not be used as professional accounting software for enterprise tax compliance.

4. Data Storage and Privacy

Your transaction data is securely stored using Google Firebase. While we implement strict security measures and do not sell your personal data, we cannot guarantee absolute security of data transmitted over the internet. 5. Service Modifications

SpendLoom (developed by Alticrux) reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the App (or any part thereof) at any time with or without notice. We shall not be liable to you or to any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuance of the service.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SpendLoom or its developers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the App.
