At SpendLoom (developed by Alticrux), we take your privacy seriously. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your personal information when you use our web application to track your finances.

Account Information: When you sign up, we collect your email address, name, and an encrypted password. If you use Google Sign-In, we collect your basic profile information provided by Google.
Financial Data: We store the transactions, budgets, categories, and account names you manually enter into the app.
Device Data: Because SpendLoom is a Progressive Web App (PWA), some data is cached locally on your device to allow the app to work offline.

3. How We Use Your Data

Your data is used strictly to provide the core functionality of SpendLoom. This includes calculating your balances, generating analytics graphs, and syncing your data across multiple devices. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal financial data with third-party advertisers or data brokers.

4. Third-Party Services

We use Google Firebase to securely authenticate users and host our database (Firestore). Your data is transmitted securely and stored on Google's encrypted servers. You can learn more about Google's data privacy practices by reviewing the Google Privacy Policy.

5. Your Rights & Data Deletion

You have full control over your data. At any time, you can:

Export your data: Download a full copy of your transactions via our PDF and Excel export tools.
Wipe your data: Use the "Reset" feature to instantly and permanently delete all your financial records from our servers.
Delete your account: You can permanently delete your entire account, including your email and all associated data, directly from the "My Profile" menu inside the app.

6. Changes to This Policy

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal reasons. We encourage you to review this page periodically. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the new policy.
